Dear Mickard,

I enclose to applications for autralisation

on behalf of Mr. S.E.Green and Mrs.Sache. As Lord

Kilner is now in Egypt Colemal Amery would be very

grateful if you would ask Mr. Chortt to sign the two

certificates which are enclosed. You will see that they

require the sig ture of a Secretary of State.

They

appear to us to be proper cases for the granting of

certificates. Perhaps you would be good enough to

return the papers to me if Mr. Shortt agrees to sign

them.
